Heart & Soil is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Force Majeure: Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Personal Injury: Injuries or illnesses sustained by participants during the trip or while undertaking any activities due to natural or situational causes, unless caused by our gross negligence. In case of a medical emergency, you consent to any necessary medical treatment advised by a qualified medical practitioner, including surgery or anaesthesia.
Property Damage: Loss or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or equipment.
Travel Delays: Delays or cancellations of flights, breakdown of vehicles enroute, or any other unforeseen circumstances which forces us to incur additional expenses.
Change in itinerary: Modification, cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen factors (e.g., natural disasters, political situations).
Participant Actions: Any damage, loss, or expense caused by a participant’s actions, including but not limited to, non-compliance with local laws, regulations, or instructions.
Heart & Soil cannot be asked to refund for cancellation or delays in event due to natural, socio-political or other unforeseen circumstances.
Heart & Soil reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify the itinerary without notice, based on real-time circumstances.
You also agree to allow Heart & Soil to photograph participants during activities for promotional purposes.
